A wonderful twelve month fixed term nanny position is becoming available in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire. You will be assisting a stay-at-home Mum in caring for her children – a little boy aged two and his new sibling who is due in October 2025. The role has the possibility of being extended if all is going well.
The hours for this role will be Monday-Friday, 07.00-10.00 returning in the afternoon at 16.00-20.00 (35 hours/week). Additional hours for babysitting will be mutually agreed upon and paid as overtime at the hourly rate. This role could also work as a live in position. Your primary focus will be supporting Mum with both children, seamlessly transitioning between their care as needed and confidently taking charge when required. Flexibility in this role is a must. At times, Mum may leave both children with you while she attends to other tasks, or she may take one child for quality time. Occasionally, you may all do something together.
In addition to being organised and understanding the importance of routines, you should have experience with newborns, a warm nurturing approach, and a strong rapport with toddlers. The little boy currently attends nursery Tuesday-Friday, so he we be at home on the Monday.
The parents are eager for their children to learn and grow in a balanced way, achieving developmental milestones through stimulating indoor activities like sensory play, imaginative games, reading, puzzles, and crafts, alongside plenty of outdoor play and park visits. As they grow older, the parents hope for the children to participate in playdates and groups to ensure their happiness and safety. The family lives in a spacious home within easy distance of parks, local groups, and town amenities.
In addition to general childcare duties (feeding, changing, establishing routines, etc.), responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organisation in areas used by the children (kitchen, bedrooms, children’s bathroom, playroom, etc.). Nursery duties involve managing children’s laundry and providing healthy, nutritious meals daily (preferably homemade). As the baby grows, meals should be age-appropriate and prepared in advance, frozen for weekend use by the parents. A weekly cleaner is employed by the family.
A careful and confident driver with a clean licence and your own fully insured car is required. Duty mileage will be reimbursed.

They are looking for someone who can provide a stimulating and nurturing environment, blending educational indoor activities (such as reading, singing, arts and crafts, baking, and music) with plenty of outdoor play in their large garden and countryside walks. You’ll also help arrange playdates, activities, and outings to keep the children happy, social, and safe.
You must be a confident and careful driver, with a clean licence and your own fully insured car. Duty mileage will be reimbursed.
As they employ a weekly cleaner, this role will be mainly nursery duties, but some help to keep the house running smoothly between cleans would be appreciated – emptying the dishwasher, making sure all rooms used are tidy at the end of the day, etc.

Mum does work from home so you will need to be comfortable with this, although she works in the study, she will need to work out of the home on occasions. A nanny is needed to care for an 18 month old boy in Winchester from Monday to Thursday 9am-3.30pm. This is a fixed term position commencing on 3rd November 2025, ending on 27th March 2026. (There is a possibility this role may extend if the little boys nursery place is delayed). The family are ideally looking for a self employed nanny for their position due to the short term nature of the role.
The family are looking for a nurturing, reliable and experienced nanny to care for their curious and energetic little boy. They are warm and welcoming, and looking for their nanny to provide a loving environment with lots of engaging age appropriate activities.
Duties to include; feeding pre-prepared meals, nappy care, ensuring his nap schedule is followed, light tidying/cleaning for the little boys room/playroom etc. Planning age appropriate activities to encourage developmental milestones. No driving duties are required.
This role is a mix of sole charge and shared care. Mum works from home and plans to spend time with the nanny and her little boy in between meetings. The nanny may also join them on activities outside of the home. Mum is happy for the nanny to take the little boy out for walks or to a local park once he is relaxed around them.
The right candidate will be a nanny who is experienced with this age group, ideally with a childcare qualification. They are looking for someone with a natural affection for children, with a nurturing personality who is creative, proactive and adaptable. Someone who is energetic, patient, dependable, and safety-conscious would be a great fit!

Role: A Nights-Only Maternity Practitioner is needed to provide care for premature twins. The candidate should have experience caring for twins and be skilled in feeding, sterilising, and advising on appropriate baby led routines. Hospital or medical experience is considered beneficial. .
