How the International Branch works
Once you have registered with us, we will speak to you about your requirements. We will then identify those candidates who provide the best match.
You will receive CVs of Governesses, Tutors or nannies which include a personal profile. All the candidates will have been personally interviewed by the international team, and undergone a thorough check on their identification, qualifications and references. We will also provide you with details about the candidates first aid qualifications and enhanced DBS (Disclosure and barring service) check.
Interviewing your child educator or child carer
We normally recommend setting up Skype or telephone interviews with your chosen candidates before you commit to flying to the UK to interview them, or they come and visit you. After this, we suggest, where possible, that the candidate meets your family as part of the interview process. We at the international agency will make all the necessary arrangements, as well as provide advice on how to interview your candidate, if required.
Continued support
Once you have employed your child educator or child carer, we work with you to ensure a smooth placement within family. We will continue to stay in contact to ensure that your employee settles into their new life abroad.
For more information, please call us to talk through your options or fill in our registration form and we’ll be in touch shortly.
