This family are looking for a nanny/mother’s help to assist with care of their little boy, who will be 5 months at the start of the role. The hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 11am (can accommodate a later start time). This is a shared care position however, will need someone who is confident being in sole charge if needed.
Duties to include planning age-appropriate activities to encourage their sons developmental milestones, sterilising, nappy care and all usual nursery duties (children’s laundry, keeping children’s areas tidy etc)
The ideal nanny will need to have excellent baby experience and knowledge of best practice current guidelines. A fabulous fixed term opportunity has become available for a four day live out nanny position in Latimer, Buckinghamshire. Although not far from a town by car, the house is in a rural setting.
You will be working with a friendly and professional family of five, taking care of their three children – two girls aged seven and five and their older brother aged nine.
The role is covering their current nanny who has an injury. It will be from 5 January 2026 – 23 January 2026.
Mum is a freelancer and mostly works from home, so this role would be a mixture of sole charge and shared care. The family are used to having a nanny and finds this works well.
The days and hours will be Monday, 12.15-18.15, Tuesday 12.15-20.15 (Mum in London), Wednesday and Thursday, 12.15-18.15 (26 hours).
The parents are keen for their children to learn and play in a balanced way. They like to be active outdoors, playing in the garden, building dens, etc. They also enjoy indoor activities such as playing games and arts and crafts.
Before the school run in the afternoon, which you will often share with Mum, you will have time to help keep the family organised. As well as general care of the children and making sure they have everything they need for the next school day (uniform prepared, homework complete, etc) the role will include light household duties (family laundry and ironing, ensuring children’s bedrooms and playroom are clean, organised and tidy, keeping the kitchen tidy, running the occasional errand, etc). Although the family has a weekly cleaner, any help to keep the household running smoothly between cleans would be appreciated (emptying the dishwasher, vacuuming when necessary, etc).
You will also be responsible for providing the children with healthy and nutritious meals, homemade as often as possible. It would be appreciated if you would occasionally make a little more, so Mum and Dad can enjoy your cooking too. The children enjoy their food and like to be involved in the planning and preparation of meals when possible.
You should be a careful and confident driver with a clean driving licence and your own fully insured car. Duty mileage will be paid.
If you are a kind, organised, energetic and fun person with a genuine love of children, working with a friendly family, this role could be a good fit for you.

The family will be staying at the family home over Christmas and are looking for some help with their almost 5 month old baby. A wonderful live-out, nanny position has become available, working with a relaxed and happy family in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. This is a twelve-month fixed term position, covering their current nanny, who is going on maternity leave.
You will be looking after two active, bright and happy boys, aged four and seven years.
They are looking for a kind and energetic nanny who will have fun and feel like part of the family, have a strong emotional connection with the children and help them learn and develop.
Although the parents work from home occasionally, this will be a sole charge position. The family live in a spacious child-friendly house with a lovely garden.
During term time (33 weeks), the hours will be 07.30-09.30 and 15.30-18.30 (25 hours/week). In the school holidays (19 weeks), the hours will be 07.30-18.30 (55 hours/week).
The parents would like their children to learn in a balanced way, helping to encourage their development, providing them with educational and stimulating activities. The boys are energetic and like to have fun outside getting muddy in the garden, going to the park, playing imaginary games, as well as indoor activities, such as reading stories, singing songs and doing jigsaws, chatting and learning about the world around them, etc.
In the school holidays, you will be able to go on day trips and adventures with the children, suggesting age-appropriate places to go.
Although the main priority is the welfare and happiness of the boys, as well as the school run, you will have some time to help keep the children organised. This includes tasks such the children’s laundry, keeping the children’s bedrooms and playroom organised and tidy and ensuring they have everything they need for the next day (uniform prepared, etc). Although the family employ a weekly cleaner, any help to keep the house running smoothly would be appreciated (keeping the kitchen tidy, emptying the dishwasher, running the occasional errand, etc).
You will be responsible for preparing healthy and nutritious meals for the children each day, preferably homemade whenever possible.
At the end of the day, you will oversee bath-time, getting the boys ready for bed, ready for the parents to take over.
You should be a careful and confident driver, with your own fully insured car and a clean driving licence. Duty mileage will be paid.

This warm family of four are requiring some help in the care of their 2 year old little girl. Mum is expecting their 2nd baby (c-section) so would like someone understanding, sensitive to the family’s needs and confident in caring for a 2 year old.
Dad will be at home but he is unable to lift/carry the child. It would be great to find someone who is happy to muck in as and when needed with the childcare, taking the girl to nursery and helping around the home to make the transition from a family of 3 to a family of 4 as smooth as possible. Baby experience is not essential as Mum is going to be caring for the baby but there maybe times when some assistance is required and some general help with light household duties.
The ideal candidate will be calm, nurturing with a positive nature. When the child is at home you will eb expected to prepare activities for her, take her to the park and engage with her in play. They are initially requiring mornings 8am-1pm but some flexibility would be helpful as they may decide they require more hours or some afternoons.

We are recruiting for a full time Nanny for a family in the centre of Bristol, on a fixed term basis of 3 weeks.
The family have two children aged 5 and 2 years. You will be predominantly responsible for the 2 year old girl as the 5 year old has his own Nanny on a full time basis. You will be working alongside the other Nanny and must be comfortable with both parents working from home. You will have sole responsibility and they are happy for you to take the child to local groups and activities. You will be responsible for all childcare duties including child’s laundry and cooking meals for them.
They require someone to start on Monday 10th November until 28th November, working Monday-Friday 7am-7pm.
