How we work
Once you have registered your interest with us, one of our recruitment consultants will speak to you about your requirements. We will then identify those candidates who provide the best match.
You will receive CVs of suitable nannies, which include a personal profile. All of the candidates will have been personally interviewed by us, and undergone a thorough check on their identification, qualifications and references. We will also provide you with details about the nanny’s first aid qualifications and enhanced DBS formally a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check.
Interviewing your child carer
We normally recommend setting up first interviews with your chosen candidates, without the children present. After this, we suggest, where possible, that the nanny meets your children, and family as part of the second interview. We will make all the necessary arrangements, as well as provide advice on how to interview your nanny, if required.
Once you have employed your child carer we work with you to ensure a smooth placement within your family. We will continue to stay in contact to ensure that your employee settles into their role.
