This family are looking for a Nanny housekeeper for their three boys aged 8, 13 and 17 years old (although eldest is boarding). They can be very flexible with which days and hours worked, ideally it would look something like 2 or 3 full days per week 7.45am to 7.45pm. However, the hours could be spread across 5 days (preferably covering the afternoons/evenings), or have flexibility on start/finish times for the right candidate – it’s most important it’s the right match long term.
The family are looking for someone self-employed; it would suit someone looking for additional flexible hours around another position.
Mum has her own business so will be both working at home and in London at times. This position will be a mixture of sole charge and shared care. She would love someone to help support and be an extra pair of hands for their family with both childcare and the running of the home.
This is a term time only role, as the family are away most of the school holidays. However, they ideally would like someone who is open to helping with some additional hours in the school holidays, evenings, weekends etc if they are available.
The middle son is currently off school and will be looking to return in due course; someone with experience of caring for older children and ASD would be advantageous.
Duties will include but not be limited to pick up/drop off to schools, supporting with homework, preparing healthy meals/snacks, laundry, changing beds, general housekeeping/cleaning and walking the dogs. Someone calm, kind and engaging with a firm but fair approach would be a great match.

Experience with first-time parents is highly regarded, along with an understanding of the unique challenges that come with the early days of parenthood. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, discretion, and a proactive approach, while being sensitive to the family’s individual needs and preferences. Since there are pets in the household, the candidate should be comfortable around animals and able to fit seamlessly into a busy home life.

Role: A Sleep Consultant is needed to support first-time parents whose healthy 5-month-old son is having difficulty establishing consistent routines.
