Experienced Maternity Night Nanny needed in early May, based in the Cotswolds

Role: A family expecting their second child in early May is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Night Nanny to provide overnight support. The ideal candidate will be able to inspire trust from the outset while respecting the family’s desire to remain actively involved in parenting decisions. Described as relaxed, loving, and kind, the family hopes to find a Night Nanny who embodies these qualities.
The mother intends to breastfeed but is also open to mixed feeding to ensure her wellbeing. There is an older sibling who is enthusiastic about becoming a big brother; however, direct interaction with the toddler overnight will be minimal. The mother wishes to implement a gentle, baby-led routine.
The ideal candidate should be Norland trained (or hold equivalent qualification) and have specialised for at least six years working as a Night Nanny for newborns.
EDD: 7th May 2026
Length of Contract: 8 weeks (could extend, if mutually agreed)
Location: Broadway, Worcestershire
Suggested hourly rate: D.O.E
Hours of work: 9pm -7am
Days required: 3-5 nights a week
Specialist or expert required: Qualified Maternity Practitioner
Minimum experience Level for this job: 5yrs experience within the role
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: 12hr First Aid, DBS and Maternity Practitioner (L3 minimum).
