This is the family’s 2nd home and they are looking for someone to keep the home clean and organised. Your duties will include laundry, ironing, cleaning, changing bedding, taking deliveries, running any necessary errands and some batch cooking. Someone comfortable with children is required as you may be asked to keep an eye on them occasionally if they pop out although a Nanny is also employed.
This position is to start from 27th July and the family will be in residence for the whole of August. After September, they will be in London for the majority of the time but to/from Somerset during weekends, half terms and holidays. They are happy to pay for a fixed amount of hours per week but some flexibility is essential as some weeks they will need less work and then during holidays/half terms, they will require more work.

A wonderful, down to earth and fun family living in Chobham, Surrey, are looking for an afterschool nanny 3 days a week to include a Tuesday but can be flexible on the other days. They have two active and fun children aged 2 and 4 years old. Their son will be starting school in September which is a 5 minute drive from home and the nursery is on the way back, so a driver that is happy to use their own car is required. They are a laid back family that appreciate boundaries and manners. The ideal candidate will be engaging, active and love working with children. A warm and supportive family near Market Harborough are seeking a full-time live-out Nanny to join their household in December. The role is 5 days per week: 2 longer days to accommodate the parents’ London commute and 3 shorter days, with the possibility of an early finish on Fridays. Mum will work from home three days a week. The Nanny will have sole charge of the family’s 1-year-old.
The family are relocating to the countryside to be closer to grandparents, and the area offers plenty of outdoor space and scenic walks, so a nanny who enjoys spending time outside is preferred. The role will include planning engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for the child and there will be the opportunity to join local classes and groups. The family have a dog, so a pet-friendly candidate is essential, with occasional help with dog walking appreciated. Due to the rural location, a driver with their own car is required, however, the family will provide a car for work-related use.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience. A valid DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certificate are essential. The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in caring for a 1-year-old, provide good communication with parents, and support the family with the parents’ return to work. The family anticipate that with the grandparents nearby, they will provide additional cover where needed, but willingness and flexibility to help with overtime if needed would be useful.
