Full Time Live-Out Nanny Role – Hallaton, Leicestershire. LE16.
A warm and supportive family near Market Harborough are seeking a full-time live-out Nanny to join their household in December. The role is 5 days per week: 2 longer days to accommodate the parents’ London commute and 3 shorter days, with the possibility of an early finish on Fridays. Mum will work from home three days a week. The Nanny will have sole charge of the family’s 1-year-old.
The family are relocating to the countryside to be closer to grandparents, and the area offers plenty of outdoor space and scenic walks, so a nanny who enjoys spending time outside is preferred. The role will include planning engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for the child and there will be the opportunity to join local classes and groups. The family have a dog, so a pet-friendly candidate is essential, with occasional help with dog walking appreciated. Due to the rural location, a driver with their own car is required, however, the family will provide a car for work-related use.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience. A valid DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certificate are essential. The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in caring for a 1-year-old, provide good communication with parents, and support the family with the parents’ return to work. The family anticipate that with the grandparents nearby, they will provide additional cover where needed, but willingness and flexibility to help with overtime if needed would be useful.

Driving required: Yes – own car needed as the house in a rural location. Families Car available for work use.

Pay: £47,736 per Annum (based on 51 hours)
