The baby is happy, settled, and in a good routine. He is already enjoying solids, naps well, and is formula fed. The role is sole charge, although mum works from home, so the nanny should be confident working independently while maintaining open and regular communication with the parents. Nursery duties related to the child, organising age-appropriate activities, taking the baby to classes and playgrounds, laundry and cooking for the baby, and supporting him in reaching his developmental milestones.
The family would ideally like someone with a childcare qualification, although candidates with strong, relevant experience—particularly with young babies—will also be considered. Good experience caring for infants is essential.
They are looking for someone who is flexible, open-minded, and a strong communicator. Being aligned with the family’s approach and values is very important, and they would love a nanny who brings positive energy, warmth, and a good sense of humour to the role. The nanny must demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to support a child being raised in a diverse, multicultural household, as the mother is Nigerian and the father is Brazilian.
