A warm, friendly, and active family are seeking a reliable and proactive Nanny Housekeeper to help support the smooth running of their busy household. This role combines housekeeping duties with some after-school nanny responsibilities. Tasks will include meal preparation, laundry, ironing, changing beds, and ensuring the home is kept clean, organised, and running efficiently. The role also involves caring for the family’s animals, including walking the dogs and helping with the chickens, so someone with a hands-on, “muck in” attitude who enjoys being around animals would be a great fit. Child related duties will focus on collecting the children from school, driving them to and from after-school clubs on a Tuesday, supporting them with homework, and assisting with dinner and bedtime routines. The children are active, polite, and enjoy a variety of sports and creative pursuits, so a candidate who can engage warmly and confidently with them will be ideal. The perfect candidate will be nurturing, thorough, and attentive to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. Proven reliability, initiative, and longevity in previous roles are highly valued, as is a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for family life.

A super full time Nanny position has arisen in Gloucestershire.
The family are relocating to Cirencester in December and are looking for an experienced and safe pair of hands to help them in the care of their two children aged 2 years and 6 months (at time of starting). The eldest will be attending nursery some of the week so most of your time will be in the care of the baby. Baby experience is essential and someone who is used to managing a busy home is key. Both parents work full time and may travel on occasion so a Nanny with sole charge experience is a must.
Key responsibilities include childcare, weaning support, light household management, helping the children settle into their new environment and making the family’s relocation as smooth as possible. They would love to find a Nanny that is proactive in socialising the children, taking to local groups and activities and getting out to the parks. They are looking for someone warm, proactive, and flexible, ideally with experience in Montessori or gentle/respectful parenting. The role may evolve as they settle into the area, so they would love someone who is adaptable and thoughtful in their approach.
The family value their time together and enjoy exploring the local culture, nature, going for walks, travel and food. They like to keep a calm, organised and connected home so would love someone who has a passion for this too. They will be staying in a large family home whilst they search for their permanent home. They can offer live in as well with own bedroom and bathroom within the family home. The role will involve approx. 50 hours per week, with occasional overnight stays when both parents travel for work.

September 23, 2025 | Comments Off on Full Time Nanny, Ealing, West London
Energetic, proactive live-in nanny sought to care for three boys (4, 6, and 8) in a warm, supportive household. This is a sole charge, Monday–Friday role (7:00–18:30) with your own bedroom and bathroom on the top floor.
The older two are in full-time school with some after-school clubs; the youngest attends nursery nearby four mornings a week. You’ll plan activities, cook healthy meals, support homework, and manage light daily tasks like tidying play areas, emptying the dishwasher, and organising the weekly online food shop.
The boys are active and love football, Lego, and arts & crafts. No deep cleaning is needed (a cleaner visits weekly), but a team-player attitude is appreciated. The family values autonomy, consistency, and someone who genuinely enjoys working with children.
