August 18, 2026 | Comments Off on Temporary 1:1 Support for 7yr old in Southgate, London
Harmony at Home is looking for a warm, caring and experienced childcare professional to provide 1:1 support to a lovely 7-year-old boy during his holiday club.
He is an autistic child who is happy, friendly and able to enjoy the activities at the holiday club with his peers. He is independent with his personal care, including using the bathroom, and does not require hands-on assistance with everyday tasks.
The holiday club would love for him to continue attending, but due to their staff-to-child ratios, they require additional 1:1 support to ensure he is safe and has the support he needs throughout the day.
The role is primarily about providing gentle supervision, reassurance and support while allowing him to participate in the holiday club as independently as possible. The successful candidate will be able to recognise when he is becoming overstimulated and calmly step in to help him regulate and make sure he remains safe.
This is a lovely opportunity for someone who is patient, observant and confident supporting children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have a calm and nurturing approach and understand the importance of giving a child space and independence while being there when extra support is needed.
The aim is simply to help him have a happy, safe and enjoyable time at holiday club, while enabling him to take part alongside the other children.
There will be potential for this to become a regular role or at minimum school holiday role. But this is not mandatory.

A delightful family based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, is seeking an exceptional nanny to join their household on a fixed-term basis from September until the end of June 2027.
This position is to provide maternity cover for their much-loved current nanny and offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a warm, welcoming family.
The successful candidate will provide attentive care and support for three delightful boys aged 10, 6, and 4, while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the household. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideally suited to an experienced childcare professional who is organised, proactive, energetic, and genuinely passionate about supporting children and family life.
During term time, all three children attend school, allowing time to focus on family support responsibilities before the afternoon routine begins.
Across the period, the hours of the role will be:
• Term Time (36 weeks):
o Mon – 07.30-09.30, returning at 15.00-20.00
o Tue – 07.30-09.30, returning at 15.00-17.00
o Thu – 07.30-09.30, returning at 15.00-20.00
There will be an additional paid two hours each day to help keep the children organised – laundry, keeping their bedrooms/playroom organised, meal prep, etc. These hours can be added to either session to suit the nanny
o Total: 24 hours/week

o Mon – 07.30-20.00
o Tue – 07.30-17.00
o Thu – 07.30-20.00
o Total: 34.5 hours/week
Salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments throughout the duration of the contract. Additional babysitting and occasional extra hours may be available by mutual agreement and will be paid separately.
School holidays offer the opportunity to create engaging and memorable experiences for the children. The family would love a nanny who enjoys planning a balance of educational outings, outdoor adventures, local attractions, creative activities, and play opportunities, while encouraging the children’s independence, confidence, and social development. The boys are active and energetic and love all sports such as football, cricket, golf, skatepark, etc.
Alongside providing exceptional childcare, your responsibilities will include:
• Collecting the children from school and nursery and transporting them safely to clubs, activities, and appointments.
• Managing the children’s laundry and ironing.
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms, play spaces, wardrobes, and belongings organised and well maintained.
• Preparing school uniforms, sports kits, bags, and everything required for the following day.
• Supporting homework and fostering positive routines and good habits.
• Preparing fresh, nutritious meals and snacks for the children. The boys love food!
• Assisting with the general organisation of the family home, including keeping communal areas tidy, unloading the dishwasher, and putting away shopping.
The family employs a weekly cleaner, therefore this is not a housekeeping position. However, a nanny who takes pride in maintaining an organised home environment and is happy to assist with everyday family tasks will be highly valued.
At the end of each day, you will oversee the children’s evening routine, including bath time where appropriate, ensuring they are settled and that their bedrooms and play areas are left tidy and organised before handing over to the parents.
A confident and experienced driver with a full, clean driving licence and access to a fully insured vehicle is essential. Mileage incurred during working hours will be reimbursed.

July 28, 2026 | Comments Off on Fixed term part time nanny role in Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Are you a warm, proactive, and caring nanny looking for a rewarding part-time role in Tunbridge Wells, Kent?
A lovely family is seeking an experienced nanny to join them from September, working three afternoons a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, but can be flexible.
You will be caring for the family’s 13-week-old baby girl and 4-year-old son. As their eldest child attends school during the day, the majority of your time will be spent with the baby. Previous experience caring for young babies is essential, and you should be confident with all aspects of infant care, including supporting feeding, naps, developmental play, and establishing routines.
This position will involve a combination of sole-charge and shared care, so the family is looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and is happy to be part of the team.
The family encourages independence, values good manners, and maintains clear, consistent boundaries. They would love to find a nanny who shares these values and can provide a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment for their children. All nursery duties and cooking for the eldest will be required.
If you are reliable, experienced with babies, and looking for a welcoming family to work with, this could be a wonderful opportunity.

July 27, 2026 | Comments Off on Temporary Nanny required to support little boy in Pershore, Worcestershire
A capable and sociable nanny is required to support a 17-month-old boy while he and his family
visit grandparents from America. The nanny will assist with the child’s routine from lunchtime
through to the start of his evening routine.
This is a lively, outgoing and sociable little boy who enjoys outdoor play and visits to the park, as
he does at home in New York. His grandparents will spend short periods of time with him
throughout the day, so a nanny who is comfortable stepping back and taking a supportive,
behind-the-scenes role when needed would be highly beneficial.
Additional responsibilities include light duties to ensure the smooth running of the day, such as
tidying up after activities, preparing for upcoming activities, food preparation, and organising
spaces for routines like bath time and bedtime.
The child is currently transitioning from two naps to one nap per day. He is described as active,
busy and inquisitive, so it is important to find someone who can match his energy and provide
engaging, attentive care in a multi-generational environment.
