Temporary Nanny for baby in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

A lovely new family is looking for an experienced and confident Temporary Nanny to
support them with their baby girl. The ideal nanny will have strong experience caring for
babies and be confident in establishing positive, age-appropriate routines, including
supporting healthy sleep associations. The parents are looking for someone they can
trust to provide guidance and reassurance, helping them understand their baby’s
individual needs, developmental stage and changing routines.
The nanny will have a strong understanding of babies’ non-verbal cues and be able to
provide safe, nurturing and age-appropriate physical care. A good knowledge of early
child development is essential, along with the ability to confidently guide and support
the parents while respecting their parenting style. The successful candidate will have
excellent initiative and be happy to take care of child-related duties around the home.
These may include preparing areas for daily routines, washing and sterilising bottles,
organising the baby’s wardrobe and keeping nursery areas clean and organised.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the nanny able to listen to and respond
to both parents’ needs throughout the day. This is a wonderful opportunity for an
experienced baby nanny who enjoys working closely with parents and providing calm,
knowledgeable and nurturing support during the early months.
Location of the job: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Minimum experience Level for this job: 3 years working in private households with
children
Details of any training needed for this job: Level 3 childcare qualification and above
Hours of work: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Hours of work: 2pm – 7pm
The family are open to 2 full days from Tuesday-Thursday (11am-7pm) for the right nanny
Driving required: Not required
Job Start Date: ASAP
Job End Date: 12 weeks from start date
Pay: £25 gross per hour
