Sarting in January 2027, a fabulous full-time live-in nanny/housekeeper position will become available, for an experienced person to look after the home of a friendly family of four and their two labradors. Based in Everton, near Sandy, Bedfordshire, the family live on a farming estate, so a country loving nanny who enjoys the outdoors would be ideal.
The children are two little girls aged three and two, with a new sibling due in March 2027. Mum and Dad both work predominantly from home. They would like to find a kind and friendly person who can fit into family life, and stay with them long term.
Your accommodation will be a two-bedroom annexe next to the main house, with kitchen, lounge, bathroom, garden and separate entrance. The role could also be a live-out position if the candidate lives locally. The salary would be adjusted for this option.
There is flexibility, but the proposed hours of the role will be Mon, Weds and Fri – 11.00-19.30 & Tues and Thursday – 09.00-17.30 (37.5 hours/week). However, these hours are negotiable for the right candidate. You will have one hour each day for lunch, which will be unpaid, and you will be free to do anything you wish during this time, as the parents will be around to cover. There will also be occasional babysitting and weekend work. Any additional hours will be mutually agreed in advance and given as time in lieu.
The family is active, they enjoy being outside in the fresh air. The girls attend a forest school nursery on three days each week, so you will help with the pick-up on those days. On the other two days, you will keep the children entertained with a mixture of fun and educational activities and outdoor adventures.
While the children are at nursery, you will have time to keep the home organised.
Duties to include:
• Tidying and organising the home
• Cleaning all rooms to a high standard
• Family laundry – including bedding and clothes
• Ironing
• Bed changing
• Help to prepare and cook meals for the children
• Occasional help serving and clearing for lunch/dinner parties
The role also occasionally includes looking after the house and dogs while the family is away. Any additional hours will be mutually agreed, and time can be taken in lieu.
If desired, there is occasional travel on offer with the family, but this is not essential.
You will be a careful and confident driver, with a clean licence. There is a duty car available.

This role could be either live in or live out. If live in, there is a separate cottage available.
This professional and friendly family living in Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire is looking for a school holiday nanny to take care of their three boys aged 13, 11 and 9. The family also has a friendly Great Dane dog, so a pet lover is a must.
You will be required Monday – Friday, 07.00-19.00, Monday 6 July 2026 – Friday 14 August 2026.
The main priority in this role is to have fun with the children and keep them entertained, taking them to activities and on adventures. The children are active and sporty and enjoy being outdoors. However, any help to keep the house running smoothly would be appreciated – emptying the dishwasher, making sure all rooms used are tidy at the end of the day. The family also employs a weekly cleaner.
You will prepare healthy and nutritious meals for the children each day, involving them if this is something they would enjoy.
A big part of the role will be driving the children to their various activities. You should be a careful and confident driver with a clean licence. There is a duty car available to use.

Managing the children’s routines this includes preparing meals and keeping the playroom clean and tidy. The family are a no screen family, and enjoy the Montessori approach so there will be lots of fun and interaction from the nanny. This is a live out position, however the family are happy to help with accommodation for 400€ a month inc utilities. A driver is required for this position, a car will be provided.
It is essential that the candidate is able to travel with the family as they spend 20-40% of each month in Palma, Mallorca. When in Mallorca the family can offer live in accommodation, with separate bedroom and bathroom.
The family need a nanny who has a good level of German, a good level of English and the ability to speak Spanish would be a bonus.
Although the family are happy to assist with applying for a work visa , a EU passport is essential for this position as well as the relevant qualification, police checks and first aid certificates.

In addition to childcare, the role includes nursery duties such as managing the children’s laundry, tidying their bedrooms and play areas, and keeping shared areas (such as the kitchen) organised. A regular cleaner is employed to handle deep cleaning.
