May 19, 2026 | Comments Off on Daily Nanny, Kensington, London
A warm, relaxed, and down-to-earth family based in Kensington are looking for a loving, lively and energetic nanny to care for their two boys, aged 2 and 5, from Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. The family live in a great location in an open-plan townhouse and are seeking someone who will fit naturally into their laid-back and informal family environment. This is a shared care role, as both parents are around and enjoy being actively involved with the children.
The salary on offer is between £22 and £25 gross per hour, (£51,480-£58,500 gross per annum) depending on experience. A driver is not required , although it would be considered a bonus. The family also have one cat, so the nanny must be comfortable around pets.
Their eldest son is high-functioning autistic and attends a local mainstream school. Experience working with children with autism would be hugely beneficial, although the family are equally keen to find someone who can offer a calm, nurturing, and level-headed presence, particularly during moments of dysregulation. They are looking for a qualified nanny with at least two years of experience who is fun-loving, caring, patient, and able to keep up with two active boys while maintaining a calm and grounded approach. The boys are a bundle of fun and love going out to parks, museums and shows.
The role will involve standard nursery duties, although there is no laundry required as the family employ a housekeeper. Mum enjoys cooking, so meal preparation will not always be necessary. Their youngest son is a fussy eater and has intolerances to dairy, soy, egg, and wheat, so the family would love someone who can make mealtimes fun and relaxed, helping him gradually explore new foods without pressure.
The family would ideally like someone to start on 9th June, although they can be flexible for the right person and are hoping to have someone in place before July if possible. Babysitting will also be required once per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing and committed nanny looking to build a long-term relationship with a lovely family in a vibrant part of London.

May 15, 2026 | Comments Off on Top rota nanny role in Esher, Surrey
The very rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced rota nanny to join a wonderful returning family based in Esher, working on a 24/7 one week on, one week off schedule.
We have worked with this lovely family previously, placing both of their current rota nannies. One nanny is now moving on, and they are looking for another exceptional candidate to work alongside their fantastic existing nanny.
The family have two delightful children — an adorable little boy aged 3 and a bright, sweet-natured daughter aged 7. The role will involve a combination of sole charge and shared care, so being a genuine team player is essential.
This is a warm, down-to-earth household with a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Although not a fully staffed home, the family very much value a “muck in” attitude, and all nursery duties and cooking for the children will form part of the role. It is a true team effort, and flexibility and initiative are highly appreciated.
The ideal nanny will be organised, proactive, engaging, and genuinely passionate about childcare, and someone tech savvy would be a real bonus, as the family diary is digital
Accommodation in the current property consists of a private bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette area, as well as access to a lounge in your down time, all on the lower ground floor. A car will also be provided while on duty, so candidates must be confident driving larger vehicles and hold a clean driving licence. The family also enjoy travelling so you must be happy to accompany them and if you have been away with families skiing before it would be a real bonus!
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a professional yet personable rota nanny looking to become part of a lovely family and supportive working environment.
