A warm and welcoming family based in West Hampstead are looking for a caring and proactive nanny housekeeper to support them during an exciting time as they prepare to welcome a new baby, due on 21st July. The family have been living in Hong Kong for the last couple of years and will be relocating again to Singapore in September. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. There are no pets and no driving required for the role. This is a live-in position offering an ensuite double bedroom, although it could potentially be live-out for the right person. The salary for live in is £16 gross per hour.
The role will involve helping to care for a lovely three-year-old alongside assisting with the newborn once the baby arrives. The role will also include housekeeping duties such as cooking, laundry, general cleaning and tidying, and maintaining the upkeep of the family’s three-bedroom flat. The family are seeking someone who can become an extra pair of hands during this busy transition period — someone flexible, positive, easy-going, and happy to muck in wherever needed.
No formal qualifications are required; the family are simply looking for a kind, capable candidate with a proactive attitude and a warm, upbeat energy. They would love someone they can delegate tasks to and rely on to help maintain a calm and organised household in the lead-up to and following the new arrival.
This is a temporary position, ideally starting on 1st July and finishing on 11th September, although the family can be relatively flexible with both the start and end dates for the right candidate.
