The Harmony at Home Cheshire Branch is run by Rebecca Faraday. Rebecca is a Norland Nanny and mother, which gives her great insight into the needs of both parents and candidates.

With a diploma and degree in Early Childhood Studies from Norland College, Rebecca has vast experience and expertise in the childcare industry, having worked as a nanny as well as in nurseries and in managerial positions. Rebecca is dedicated to put in extra effort to ensure children receive the most beneficial and upbeat beginning to life and understands the importance of putting your family’s needs first when finding you the perfect candidate. For the last few years Rebecca has successfully been running the Leeds and Northwest Yorkshire Branch of Harmony at Home.

Rebecca believes that a community of people is fundamental to bringing up happy children, so she is more than willing to provide her recruitment expertise and Norland training to families whenever it's necessary.
