3 day SEN support/Tutor required in Clifton, Bristol

July 13, 2026 | Comments Off on 3 day SEN support/Tutor required in Clifton, Bristol

An engaging and proactive SEN support/Tutor is required for a family of four in Clifton, Bristol.

The family are returning clients to us at Harmony at Home and are a welcoming and busy household, requiring some support. They require someone to help them co-ordinate the home schooling of their 12 year old son. He will have Tutors to carry out the home schooling on a daily basis but you will be required to engage with him in between these sessions and to support him in his learning, socially and academically. They hope to give him a mix of home-based tutoring sessions and activities out of the house, so would require someone who can drive. He is autistic and has ADHD but is a fun and engaging boy who loves to be active playing ball games, gymnastics and trampolining. He is artistic and creative so someone that can support these interests is essential. They also have a chilled 9 year old boy who loves socialising with his friends, enjoys all sports and is fun to be around but your primary job is to support the 12 year old boy.

Your duties will be supporting his online lessons, keeping tabs on when tests are and helping him continue to develop his study and personal organisation skills. They have a few face-to-face tutors coming in and out for specific subjects, so it might be filling in if one of them can’t make it, so someone with secondary teaching would be beneficial and being up for taking him swimming / running / something active when there are gaps in the day or facilitating a bit of socialising for him.  This is a great role for an active person with a keen interest in education – without the constraints and challenges of the school environment!

There is the option of more hours if you are up for helping with after school club logistics, school pick ups, children’s meals (family meals would be great) and helping keep on top of the organisation and tidiness of the home. They also employ a cleaner so there is no deep cleaning required but you will need to be happy to hoover and clean when necessary as well as keep on top of the laundry. Organisation, flexibility and a good energy are key to this role.

Part time Nanny Housekeeper just outside Cheltenham

July 13, 2026 | Comments Off on Part time Nanny Housekeeper just outside Cheltenham

A super part time position has become available just outside Cheltenham for a family of four.

They are looking for a mix of household help and childcare 4 afternoons a week, ideally Monday-Thursday.

Someone who is keen to organise and maintain a tidy home to allow Mum more time with the children as well as childcare support. Including cooking meals for the family, nursery collection when mum is unable to do so. As well as putting laundry away and general organisation. No deep cleaning is required as a cleaner attends the home once per week and ironing is outsourced. However someone that is happy to muck in with the general aspects of running a home would be appreciated.

There are two children aged 3 and 1 year. They both love to be outdoors, in the garden where they have a mud kitchen, swing and slide. They like animals and enjoy going to see the horses in the field next door. The eldest also loves water and messy play.

They would like to find someone calm, fun and active that will bring a positive energy to the home. Mum works from home and will mostly be around but there may be some sole charge of the children until she finishes work at the end of the day. Afternoon Nanny, Barons Court, London

A lovely, down-to-earth family based in Barons Court are looking for a wonderful afternoon nanny to join them from September to care for their three children, aged 13, 10, and 5. The position is Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm, offering a salary of £24 gross per hour, equivalent to approximately £34,320 gross per annum.
Dad is American and Mum is French, and they are looking for a reliable, fun-loving, and proactive nanny with plenty of energy to become a valued and trusted part of their family. You will also supervise the older children, although the eldest is very self-sufficient, as well as support the children during bath time and prepare simple yet nutritious evening meals.
The family is happy for the nanny to start earlier than the school pick-up time, using the additional time to perhaps prepare the children’s meals, organise their belongings, tidy their areas, and ensure everything is ready for a smooth afternoon and evening. A housekeeper is employed, so the role is focused solely on childcare and nursery duties.
No driving is required, there are no pets, and no travel is involved. The nanny will support the children’s evening routines so they are settled and ready when their parents take over at the end of the day. This is a fantastic opportunity for a warm, enthusiastic nanny looking to become an integral part of a welcoming family.
