Temporary 1:1 Support for 7yr old in Southgate, London

August 18, 2026 | Comments Off on Temporary 1:1 Support for 7yr old in Southgate, London

Harmony at Home is looking for a warm, caring and experienced childcare professional to provide 1:1 support to a lovely 7-year-old boy during his holiday club.

He is an autistic child who is happy, friendly and able to enjoy the activities at the holiday club with his peers. He is independent with his personal care, including using the bathroom, and does not require hands-on assistance with everyday tasks.

The holiday club would love for him to continue attending, but due to their staff-to-child ratios, they require additional 1:1 support to ensure he is safe and has the support he needs throughout the day.
The role is primarily about providing gentle supervision, reassurance and support while allowing him to participate in the holiday club as independently as possible. The successful candidate will be able to recognise when he is becoming overstimulated and calmly step in to help him regulate and make sure he remains safe.

This is a lovely opportunity for someone who is patient, observant and confident supporting children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have a calm and nurturing approach and understand the importance of giving a child space and independence while being there when extra support is needed.

The aim is simply to help him have a happy, safe and enjoyable time at holiday club, while enabling him to take part alongside the other children.

There will be potential for this to become a regular role or at minimum school holiday role. But this is not mandatory.

Full Time, Live Out, Nanny, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

August 18, 2026 | Comments Off on Full Time, Live Out, Nanny, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced, warm and proactive live-out Nanny/Housekeeper to join a professional and welcoming family of four in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

The hours of the role are Monday-Friday, 08.00-18.30. There may also be occasional additional hours and babysitting by mutual agreement, which will be paid separately.

The family are looking for someone who will become a valued and trusted part of their household, working alongside two Dads, caring for their happy and active children — a little boy aged 3½ and his seven-month-old baby sister.

The eldest attends nursery four days a week, with the baby due to begin nursery for a few days each week in summer next year.

The family would love to find a candidate who takes a genuine interest in the children’s development and enjoys creating a happy, stimulating and nurturing environment for them. They are keen for the children to experience a lovely balance of educational and creative activities at home, alongside plenty of fresh air, outdoor play and opportunities to socialise.

Days might include reading, singing, crafts, jigsaws, imaginative play and age-appropriate learning, as well as trips to the park, local playgroups, music classes, library story time and playdates. Above all, the nanny will ensure the children are happy, engaged and safe at all times.

Alongside the childcare, the successful candidate will be happy to take responsibility for the day-to-day organisation of the children’s areas and help the household run smoothly. Duties will include:

• Managing the family laundry and ironing, including bedding
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms, play areas and belongings tidy and well organised
• Preparing school and nursery uniforms, sports kits and everything needed for the following day
• Grocery shopping for the family
• Preparing fresh, healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children, including batch cooking
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher and keeping the kitchen organised
• Maintaining the family living areas used throughout the day, including running the vacuum around and dusting as needed
• Keeping on top of the children’s belongings and ensuring everything is prepared and organised
• Anticipating the family’s needs and staying one step ahead to help family life run smoothly

A weekly cleaner is employed, so no deep cleaning is required. However, the family would really value someone who naturally takes pride in their surroundings and leaves the home tidy, calm and organised at the end of each day.

For nursery runs and activities, the successful candidate will be a confident and careful driver, with a clean driving licence and their own fully insured car. Duty mileage will be reimbursed.

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced Nanny/Housekeeper who is looking for a long-term role with a warm, professional family and who takes pride in providing excellent childcare while helping to create a well-run and happy home.

A warm and kind Nanny Housekeeper is required for a family of 3 in Bath.

The family have recently relocated to the area and would love to find someone to become a part of the family in helping them with childcare and manging home life. The ideal person will be organised, proactive and someone who naturally notices what needs to be done — taking ownership of household organisation rather than simply completing a list of tasks. This includes helping with meal planning for the week, organising and preparing family meals, coordinating shopping, laundry, vacuuming and keeping the household running smoothly. There is also a cleaner employed once a week for deep cleans. This will suit someone who enjoys cooking and takes pride in creating a warm, organised home environment

The childcare aspect of the job will include sole charge of their 14 month old little girl who is loving exploring everything, going to the park, playing with balls. She is very sociable and has lots of energy. They are happy for you to take her to local groups and provide fun and stimulating activities for her. They are looking for someone kind, trustworthy and nurturing who genuinely enjoys being around children and would become a wonderful presence in her life.

Full time Nanny role in Alresford, SO24

Full time Nanny role in Alresford, SO24

This family are looking for a full time Nanny to care for their 4 children, triplets aged 2 years and their 3.5 year old sibling. The role is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 45 hours per week. Mum is home Mondays and Fridays. There will be scope for overtime (i.e. later finishes) and ad hoc overnights supporting mum for additional pay when Dad is away.

There is the option for this role to be a job share worked by two nannies, splitting the days across the week. Or the family could offer the flexibility for the role to start as 3 days a week, before becoming full time in a few months.

This position is caring for 4 children under 4 years old. The eldest of the four children is at preschool during the day, therefore the nanny will mostly care for the younger three. This is a long term position where the family are looking for someone reliable, kind, gentle and warm to be part of their family.

The family are respectful and gentle in their approach, whilst also maintaining clear boundaries. They let the children explore, climb and learn through play. This would not suit a nanny who has a very firm approach, but more someone who is nurturing in style and genuinely enjoys guiding children and encouraging their own decision making, adventure and exploring skills. They would love the nanny to take the children to toddler classes/groups, going to the park/walks etc.

You must be qualified in childcare, with excellent experience of young children as a nanny. Previous experience with caring for multiples is advantageous. A driver is needed and a car will be provided. The family are looking for someone kind, warm, gentle and outdoorsy with a strong nurturing approach.

The family have a cleaner, however this role would suit someone who has a real muck in attitude and is happy to do family laundry, and generally keep on top of the home. Someone who is naturally tidy, organised, and enjoys being proactive would be a great fit for such a busy household.

Please apply today to avoid missing out on this wonderful position!

Location of the job: Alresford, SO24
