Meet Our Founder, Frankie Gray
Harmony at Home was founded by a nanny, for families. That is what makes us different from other London nanny agencies.
Frankie trained at Norland and has spent 25 years in childcare. As a mother of three herself, she understands exactly what families need from a nanny, and what great nannies need from a family.
Frankie still owns and runs Harmony at Home today, and her standards shape every placement we make in London.

Can you help if we need a nanny urgently?
