Baby nanny role in Winchester SO21
This is a lovely opportunity to join a busy, professional family caring for their baby girl, who will be 6 months old when the position begins. The family are looking for an experienced, qualified nanny to work Monday to Friday, 1:00pm–7:00pm (30 hours per week).
They are seeking someone with a Montessori-inspired approach to childcare—someone who encourages independence, learns through play and exploration, and supports their daughter’s development in a calm, nurturing and engaging way. They are looking for a nanny who is proactive, genuinely invested in their little girl, and who will become a valued part of the family.
Mum works from home full-time, and Dad splits his time between home and the office. When they are at home, they are very much working, so the nanny will have sole charge of their daughter during working hours. They are therefore looking for someone confident, capable and happy to take full responsibility for her care and daily routine.
Both parents enjoy an active lifestyle, love food and travelling, and are looking for a nanny who will provide a fun, stimulating and enriching environment. Duties will include following the baby’s routine, attending classes and groups, enjoying walks, and encouraging age-appropriate developmental milestones through play and everyday experiences.
In addition to childcare, there will be some light housekeeping duties to help keep on top of the home (the family employ a cleaner), along with preparing family meals, occasional cooking, and walking the family dog. However, the little girl’s care and wellbeing will always be the priority.
The nanny will need to be a driver to commute to the family home. An automatic nanny car will be provided for use during working hours.
If you’re an experienced nanny looking for a warm, welcoming family and a role where you can make a real difference during a little one’s first year, please apply as soon as possible to be considered.

Friday Nanny needed for triplets in Alresford, SO24
A well experienced nanny is needed on a Friday from 8am to 5pm to care for triplets aged 2, as well as some care for their 3 year old outside of preschool hours. This is a permanent position, the hours are the same throughout the year.
This position will be a mix of sole charge and shared care with mum when she is around (it is very unlikely the nanny will be in charge of all 4 children for long periods). They are looking for someone who is kind and loving, who had a gentle approach whilst maintaining boundaries. There will be a mix of childcare, home help and food prep duties (no cleaning, just keeping on top of the home) as well as attending toddler classes/groups, going to the park/walks etc.
The family are looking for someone who is outdoorsy and passionate about childcare with a level 3 or above qualification in early years. The nanny must be able to drive, a car can be provided for use on duty.
Although this is just a Friday role, they would love someone who has the flex and availability to support on some nights and potential to help with extra days in the week on occasion. This is not essential, but would be a real bonus for them.

July 27, 2026 | Comments Off on Temporary Nanny required to support little boy in Pershore, Worcestershire
A capable and sociable nanny is required to support a 17-month-old boy while he and his family
visit grandparents from America. The nanny will assist with the child’s routine from lunchtime
through to the start of his evening routine.
This is a lively, outgoing and sociable little boy who enjoys outdoor play and visits to the park, as
he does at home in New York. His grandparents will spend short periods of time with him
throughout the day, so a nanny who is comfortable stepping back and taking a supportive,
behind-the-scenes role when needed would be highly beneficial.
Additional responsibilities include light duties to ensure the smooth running of the day, such as
tidying up after activities, preparing for upcoming activities, food preparation, and organising
spaces for routines like bath time and bedtime.
The child is currently transitioning from two naps to one nap per day. He is described as active,
busy and inquisitive, so it is important to find someone who can match his energy and provide
engaging, attentive care in a multi-generational environment.

July 27, 2026 | Comments Off on Nanny for a Delightful Two-Year-Old Girl in Brondesbury, London
A warm and welcoming family is looking for a kind, nurturing and experienced nanny to care for their happy and curious two-year-old daughter.
Their little girl attends nursery each morning, so the role will begin with nursery collection at approximately 11.30am. Once home, she enjoys a lunchtime meal followed by her nap. During this rest period, the nanny will be responsible for child-related duties such as preparing healthy meals, keeping play areas organised, sorting and rotating toys, children’s laundry and ensuring everything is ready for the afternoon.
When she is awake, the focus is on providing engaging, age-appropriate care that supports her development in a fun and natural way. The family loves their daughter spending time outdoors, exploring nature, visiting parks, attending soft play, playgroups and enjoying a variety of stimulating activities. The nanny should be confident planning creative, educational and play-based experiences that encourage her learning, confidence and overall development.
The family values a gentle, respectful approach to childcare. They have clear boundaries and routines in place and are looking for a nanny who will reinforce these with warmth and consistency. Someone who can help guide their daughter through her emotions, encourage positive behaviour through explanation, and support her emotional development with patience, kindness and understanding will be an excellent fit.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a caring and proactive nanny who genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with children and becoming an important part of a happy family home.

July 26, 2026 | Comments Off on 4 or 5 day Nanny/ Housekeeper, Live in or live out, September start
A fantastic new position has arisen in Cambridge CB2 for a 4 or 5 day Nanny/Housekeeper which can be offered on a live in or live out basis from September.
You will be joining a really lovely family who have recently relocated from California. They have two happy children – 4 and 7 -who will be attending full time nursery/school and so the role will be a combination of housekeeping and nannying during the term and then will be predominantly nannying during the school holidays (private).
Your main duties during the term will include laundry, tidying and organising and cooking for the children. Changing the beds and clearing up off the dishes etc and generally keeping check on stock levels and things the children might need. Additionally, you will feel comfortable helping with homework and reading. During the school holidays, you would plan age-appropriate activities and day trips for the children. There is a swimming pool at the home so you would also be happy to go swimming!
The hours are ideally from 11am – 7/730pm though a later stay on one evening a week for babysitting would be ideal. Shorter days can also be offered if preferred though the hours of 4-7pm ideally would be covered.
The family are casual and informal and are very used to having help in the home. They do work from home full time so the nanny must be comfortable with this. They are also dog lovers and own 4 so you must feel happy with this – though no particular dog care is required as part of the role.
If living in, a beautiful separate studio can be offered. It is completely self contained with it’s own entrance which is above one of the garages and away from the family home. There is a kitchen, living area, dining area and double bed. This can be used all year round for personal use.
This is a really lovely role for someone who loves helping a home run smoothly and takes pride in their work but equally loves caring and working with children . Please get in touch today if you think this could be you!
