This easy-going family in Petts Wood are looking for someone to step in whilst their much loved nanny takes some well-earned annual leave. Their two chatty, bubbly children, aged 7 and 9, love riding their bikes around the local parks, playing games at home and getting out and about. They’re looking for a nanny who can confidently take the reins for three days over half-term. The role is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from around 8am to 6pm, although there’s flexibility at either end of the day if you need it.
They’d love someone self-starting who is happy planning fun days with the children and cooking their meals, as well as keeping on top of the usual nursery duties such as their laundry and bedding, tidying bedrooms and the playroom and perhaps getting ahead with some batch cooking. You’ll have use of the family car, so you’ll need to be a confident driver with a clean licence.
The family are also looking for cover on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout November once the children are back at school, so there’s the option to continue with them for a few more weeks if you’d like to. Equally, they’re very happy for the two roles to be covered by different nannies, so don’t let the November dates put you off if half-term works perfectly for you!
