Reliable and Confident Nanny for 2 year old boy in Near Wellesbourne, Warwickshire.

A fantastic family are looking for a nanny to support the weekly routine of their kind, outgoing
and curious son. The nanny will lead his routine, with free rein to plan age-appropriate activities
and implement fun experiences based on his interests and development.
The nanny will also be responsible for maintaining the child’s spaces, including shared family
areas, and preparing healthy, nutritious meals. They will be forward-thinking and have a good
understanding of child psychology to effectively support, guide and help the child thrive.
A dynamic nanny who can overcome challenges, problem-solve and communicate effectively is
essential. The family are seeking someone who would like to stay with them long term.
The role would suit a nanny who enjoys rural life, being outdoors and getting stuck into all areas
of family life. The little boy attends nursery 2.5 days a week and has a social, curious and
confident nature. He currently loves music, dancing, arts and crafts, and playing outside in the
family’s large garden. His special interests at the moment include superheroes and tractors.
The nanny will also support the continuation of an already successful potty-training routine and
help instil strong personal care standards, manners and good values.
Location of the job: Near Wellesbourne, Warwickshire.
Minimum experience Level for this job: 5 years as a nanny
Hours of work: up to 30 hours a week
Days required: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Pets in the home: Two dogs
Driving required: Yes, own car essential
Job Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £23,400 gross per annum
