Nanny Housekeeper for 6 year old boy in Wellesbourne, Warwickshire

A warm and welcoming family in Warwickshire are seeking a caring, proactive and dedicated
nanny to support their bright and engaging 6-year-old son. This is a rewarding opportunity for

difference.
Their son has autism and thrives with patient, consistent support. He is highly intelligent and
particularly enjoys reading and mathematics, so a nanny who can nurture these interests and
provide gentle support with writing will be well suited. The role involves encouraging
communication, supporting problem-solving skills, and working collaboratively with the family
to ensure a safe and structured environment.
Daily responsibilities will include supporting personal care routines, including toileting, and
promoting positive habits such as healthy eating by preparing simple, nutritious home-cooked
meals. The Nanny Housekeeper will also assist with light household duties to help the home
run smoothly, including cleaning, laundry, shopping and occasional ironing.
The ideal candidate will be calm, organised and attentive, with a genuine interest in supporting
a neurodivergent child. This is a fulfilling role for someone who values building strong
relationships and contributing positively to family life.
Location of the job: Wellesbourne, Warwickshire
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2 years’ experience as a nanny
Hours and Days required: (the family are open to 3 days a week)
School holidays: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Term Time: Monday – Friday 2pm -6pm
Driving required: Yes
Job Start Date: September 2026
Pay: £27,300 gross per annum. £20 gross per hour
