A warm and welcoming family based in Rugby are seeking a nurturing and proactive
nanny to join their home and care for their two delightful daughters. The eldest attends
private school, while her younger sister enjoys a Montessori nursery setting. Both girls
are curious, creative and full of personality – the eldest loves swimming and learning
both at home and at school, and is wonderfully caring towards her sister, while the
youngest enjoys risky play, copying her sister and caring for animals. The family are
looking for a nanny who genuinely enjoys engaging children through age-appropriate
activities that inspire curiosity, exploration and confidence. Their home is ideally
located for fun and varied outings, both locally and further afield. This role would suit
someone organised and hands-on, who is happy to take initiative with planning while
supporting the smooth running of the household. Responsibilities include maintaining
family spaces, managing laundry and preparing nutritious, family-friendly meals, so
confidence in cooking is essential. The family place great value on trust and seek
someone who can provide a high standard of care, including proxy parenting when
required, offering reassurance and consistency.
Location of the job: Rugby, Warwickshire
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2 years in a similar role
Hours of work: 7am-7pm
4 days a week – during private school term time
5 days a week – during private school holidays
The children: 2 girls aged 4 and 2 years old.
Pets in the home: 1 dog
Accommodation: Nanny Flat adjacent to the house with private bathroom, bedroom,
kitchen and living space.
Driving required: Yes, car provided on duty
Job Start Date: April / May 2026
Pay: £29,835 gross per annum
Benefits: Optional international travel with the family – Barbados, Kenya, Hong Kong and
annual Ski Trips
