Two delightful children aged four and seven are seeking the support of an experienced and
nurturing nanny at their home in beautiful West Herefordshire. The family will soon be moving
house and schools, so the ideal nanny will be calm, understanding, and confident in supporting
children through times of change.
This is a role for someone who can become a steady and trusted presence in the children’s
lives, offering warmth, structure, and reliability. Proxy parenting and overnight care will be
required when their parent is away for work. The nanny will have their own comfortable
bedroom and bathroom.
The children love spending time outdoors – playing football in the garden, bouncing on the
trampoline, and exploring nature. They also enjoy creative activities such as arts, crafts, and
building projects that nurture fine motor skills and curiosity. A keen cook who values nutritious,
homemade meals would be very welcome, as cooking and baking together are favourite family
activities – from homemade pizza nights to banana bread baking.
Alongside childcare, the role includes child-focused household duties such as children’s
laundry, organising wardrobes and play areas, and planning fun, age-appropriate activities that
support their development and happiness.
