Temporary Part Time Nanny for engaging and happy 7 month old, Near Ludlow, Shropshire

A warm and welcoming family based in the beautiful Shropshire countryside are seeking a
knowledgeable, friendly nanny to support them two full days per week. This is a lovely
opportunity for a nanny who enjoys working in a collaborative, shared-care environment, as the
role will involve working closely alongside mum.
The focus of the role will be providing attentive, nurturing care for their baby girl, supporting her
development through engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, learning
and confidence. The family are keen to foster a positive and calm approach to early
development, including the early stages of weaning, and would value a nanny who can
confidently support this journey.
Their daughter is currently breastfed, with one daily formula feed, and the nanny will assist in
maintaining established routines while remaining flexible to the baby’s needs.
The ideal candidate will be communicative, social and naturally warm, with a proactive yet
gentle approach. Someone who is confident working in partnership with parents and able to
contribute positively to daily routines will thrive in this role.
Location of the job: Ludlow, Shropshire
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Level 2 qualification or above
Hours of work: 8 hours a day (plus one 12 hour overnight)
Days required: 2 days a week
Pets in the home: one friendly dog
Job Start Date: ASAP
Job End Date: End of July 2026
Pay: £15 gross per hour
