Term time 2 days a week Nanny needed to baby boy in Colwall, Herefordshire

A welcoming family living beside a working farm are seeking a dedicated and proactive Nanny to care for their baby boy. This is a sole charge role, offering a wonderful opportunity to shape and lead his early years in a nurturing rural environment.
The family home sits adjacent to a farm with cows, chickens, goats, pigs and ponies, with acres of land and beautiful grounds for walks and outdoor exploration. They also have two friendly dogs, so confidence around animals is important.
The Nanny will take full responsibility for the baby’s weekly routine, planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that support his learning and development. The family are keen for him to enjoy outings, local groups and day trips, encouraging curiosity and socialising.
There are two older step siblings, aged 12 and 8, who stay on Wednesday and Thursday nights and alternate weekends. When they are at home without their parents, the Nanny will oversee their care and ensure a supportive and welcoming environment.
Child-related duties include children’s laundry, organising bedrooms and play spaces, and maintaining order in shared areas. Occasional babysitting may be required by prior agreement.
This is a lovely role for a warm, organised and confident Nanny who enjoys rural family life.

Minimum experience Level for this job: 2 years a nanny
Hours of work: 32 hours a week
Days required: 2 days a week- Term Time only
Monday and Tuesday/Wednesday
Pets in the home: 2 dogs
Driving required: Yes, own car required.
Job Start Date: June 2026
Pay: £11,340 gross per annum
