This fun-loving, non-stop, horse-mad family is seeking a warm, knowledgeable, and communicative nanny to join them at the end of March 2026, ahead of Mum’s return to work in April. They are expecting their first baby in December 2025 and are excited to welcome someone who will become part of their lively, close-knit life on their beautiful family farm near Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
Life on the farm is always full of energy, with animals, land, and extended family all playing a big part in daily life. Both sets of grandparents live nearby, creating a supportive environment for raising their little one. The nanny will be responsible for all child-focused duties, including supporting feeding and sleep routines, washing bottles, tidying and maintaining nursery areas, and planning activities to encourage the child’s development, confidence, and happiness.
A genuine love for animals especially cats, dogs, and horses is essential, as they are central to this family’s world. Experience or understanding of farming life and countryside pursuits would be highly valued.
This exciting long-term role would suit a calm, capable, and organised nanny who enjoys outdoor living, embraces a busy rural lifestyle, and would love to become part of a warm and welcoming family.
Location of the job: Near Bridgnorth, Shropshire
Minimum experience Level for this job: Experience in a similar role
Hours of work: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Days required: Monday – Thursday
Pets in the home: Dogs, cats and horses
Driving required: Yes
Job Start Date: End of March 2025
Pay: £37,440gross per annum
Benefits:
– Paid leave week before Christmas till the New Year annually
