Reliable and Trustworthy House Manager Proxy Parent to support a friendly and kind family at their large manor house in Bredon, Worcestershire. The warm, reliable, and organised Nanny/Housekeeper with previous experience in a similar role is required to care for two children aged 3 and 5 in the private household. The children attend school 30 minutes away, and the professional will be responsible for both drop-offs and pickups, as well as liaising with school staff. After the school run, the professional will return to the house to reset the home in preparation for the afternoon and evening routines. Duties include cooking nutritious, homemade meals for the children and maintaining a clean and tidy home. The children enjoy spending time exploring and being active in their beautiful garden grounds at their home as well as getting crafty and stuck into messy play. The professional will lead the daily routines and provide proxy parent overnight care two nights a week. For this reason, the parents are seeking a confident, trustworthy, and communicative professional who can effectively share updates about the children’s day and keep clear notes in a shared nanny diary. The housekeeping hours are to support the running of the families large home and two holiday lets that are on sight. This will include the changing of bedding, dusting, mopping and hoovering to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation for hosting guests.
Location of the job: Bredon, Worcestershire
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2 years working with children
Hours and days of work required: Tuesday from 6:30am – Thursday till 8pm
Pets in the home: 3 border terriers. Duties to include care such as feeding, occasional walking around the grounds and loving them!
Accommodation: Annex at top of house with double room, private landing together with a small living room and shared bathroom with the children
Driving required: Yes, car available on duty
Job Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £50,000 gross per annum
