A devoted father of three young girls is seeking the support of an experienced, responsible, and discreet nanny to assist during the night. The children, aged 10, 9, and 8, require gentle supervision and reassurance to ensure they feel safe, secure, and well cared for through the evening and early morning hours. This is a shared care role, working closely alongside the father to support the girls and their routines. The nanny will not be working in isolation but will instead provide calm, steady assistance, helping to create a cooperative and reassuring environment within the home. The ability to work respectfully in partnership with a parent is essential. The ideal candidate will be calm, kind, and warm-natured, able to provide a quiet and nurturing presence. Discretion and reliability are key, as the nanny will be entrusted with supporting the family in a private and respectful manner. Previous childcare experience is preferred, particularly with children of a similar age, and the ability to provide comfort and stability is highly valued. This position would suit a gentle, patient, and caring professional who enjoys shared care, responds well to children’s needs, and can bring consistency and reassurance to the household.

Pay: £129 gross per night
