A warm and experienced nanny is required to support two delightful girls, providing consistent care four days a week. The family lead a busy lifestyle, and the children enjoy a full routine of school, clubs, and after-school activities, including gymnastics, swimming, and hockey.
The girls attend school from 8:40am until 3:30pm (with school clubs afterwards). During school hours, the nanny will return home to complete child-related duties, supporting the smooth running of the household. Responsibilities include children’s laundry, tidying bedrooms and play spaces, cooking family meals, and organising wardrobes and school bags.
Both girls are active, outgoing, and eager to learn, thriving on structure and encouragement. They love playing outdoors, whatever the weather, whether exploring the garden, cycling in the village, or visiting local parks. Creative activities such as arts and crafts, cutting, and sticking are also firm favourites.
The ideal nanny will be kind, caring, flexible, and emotionally supportive, creating a calm and nurturing environment. A balance of structure, warmth, and fun will be key. The nanny should also be confident supporting homework and encouraging curiosity and a love of learning. A genuine passion for children’s development will help the girls continue to flourish.
Location of the job: Near Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire
Ages of children: 4 & 5 years old
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2 years a professional nanny
Hours of work: 40 hours a week ( wrap around care in term time and full days in school holidays)
Days required: Monday – Thursday
Driving required: Yes, experienced with license for 3+ years
Job Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £37,440 gross per annum (£18gross per hour)
