An experienced Housekeeper is being sought by a friendly but busy family, 3 days a week, 7 hours per day, in their large Manor house, near Bath.
This is a super opportunity for a proactive and independent Housekeeper to be with this family on a long term basis (their last Housekeeper was with them for 12 years)! The role includes all household duties laundry, ironing, changing of beds, daily/weekly cleaning, hoovering, recycling and deep cleaning. They have people to stay quite often so frequent bed changing will be required and you will also need to let in workmen, plumbers electricians etc as and when they are needed. If someone has an interest in cooking there could be some meal prep and cooking involved too.
Most of the time it is just the Mother and 12 year old daughter at home but there are two older daughters at university and the father currently lives and works in Hong Kong but comes over fairly regularly. They would like someone who is happy to house and dog sit when they are away, this could be during the weekdays or at weekends, so you will need to be dog friendly as there are two dogs, a friendly Cockerpoo and a older rescue dog who takes some time getting used to strangers.
