A calm and confident Nanny Housekeeper is required for this super friendly family of four who have just relocated to the area.
This position is a mix of childcare and household duties. You will be required to carry out duties such as school runs, help organise school uniform, oversee any homework and music practise and help with bath and bedtime; and to do household duties such as family laundry and ironing, organising clothes and toys, keeping the house neat and tidy, and cleaning the home when required.
The family have 2 children aged 11 and 8 years. They have a mixture of interests including music, drama, dance, horse-riding, football and being outside in the countryside. They also have two sweet natured small/medium sized dogs and the role would include some dog-walking and possible dog-sitting. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, be highly efficient, conscientious and organised and be calm and confident to thrive in a busy home. They live in a lovely farmhouse in the beautiful countryside with a large outdoor area to play in.
Ideal hours are Monday-Friday 7-10/11am; 4-7.30pm with some flexibility for additional dog sitting and babysitting – minimum 1 day and evening a week (minimum of 30 hours per week). There is the option for more hours if the candidate would like to take the cleaning position also – an additional 10-12 hours a week.
