This thriving nursery is looking for someone who is confident to lead the established team to provide high quality care and learning. The nursery likes the curiosity approach, forest school activities, learning in nature and are child led. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursery and be confident to work with outside agencies, the area manager and the group directors. The nursery is part of a small group so there is a good support network. You will be required to have an in-depth knowledge of the EYFS, have experience of leading a team, excellent communication and organisation skills, have experience of managing budgets and be IT literate.
The nursery caters for up to 100 children and there is a close community in the nursery and within the town of Devizes. They cater for children 0-school age across 4 indoor play spaces and huge outside spaces, including an allotment, wooded area and dedicated, safe enclosed play spaces for our youngest children. We believe in the power of play, the magic of imagination, and the importance of early years education.
