An exciting new baby role in Teversham has just come on to our books!
The role is to care for a happy 5 month old baby – working 1130am -730pm on Wednesday, 10am-5pm on Thursday and Friday. There will then also be an additional 10hours contracted per month which will cover later finishes or further hours on other days when needed (with notice).
Duties for the role include providing a safe and nurturing environment for the baby and having a sound knowledge of the early years milestones and helping with nap times, providing nutritious meals and generally helping them to thrive. Mum and dad are musicians and work in the classical music industry, so this position might suit a nanny interested in music. They take a generally gentle and responsive parenting approach with a focus on play-based learning so a kind, sympathetic and fun nanny would be ideal for them.
Mum will mainly be working from home, as she is currently exclusively breastfeeding, but the role is sole charge and the family are very happy that you get out and about – to the library, park, baby groups etc.
All standard nursery duties are required and during nap time some batch cooking or laundry – folding away- or delivery of groceries would be appreciated.
The family have one house cat.

Salary – £18 gross per hour/ £16,146 gross per annum (including the 10hrs per month for ad hoc hours)
