2-4 DAY NANNY/HOUSEKEEPER, PAMPISFORD, SEPTEMBER FLEXIBLE START
A super new role in Pampisford, a pretty village near Duxford, has just come on to our books! Caring for two happy, fun and energetic children who are 3 and 5. Both attend a local school and nursery so during the term time the role would be split between nannying and housekeeping duties, and then in the school holidays the role would be more focussed on nannying duties and fun days out!
The role can be offered on a two-four day basis. Core days would be two full days starting at 7am and ending around 445pm and then two mornings from 7am-12pm . These can be worked across any days – Monday- Thursday. For an exceptional candidate, the family would consider offering the role on a 4 day full time basis.
Main duties would include getting the children ready for school and preparing their breakfast. Dropping the children off to their school and nursery and then returning home to carry out household duties such as the laundry, cooking and tidying. It would be great to find someone who is happy to do some reading and phonics with the little boy and spark his interest in learning!
Somebody who is enthusiastic and energetic would suit this family, alongside someone who is kind and fun! The children are both sociable and so it would be great to find someone who is equally as sociable! You would need your own car and be a careful and experienced driver.
This role is offered on a one year contract basis with the likelihood of this being extended if agreeable by both parties.

Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum 2 years’ proven experience of being a nanny
Details of any training needed for this job: Paediatric first aid certificate and enhanced DBS on the update service.
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Childcare qualifications CACHE level 3 and above or equivalent ideally
Hours of work: Two days at 7am-445pm and two mornings at 7am-12pm. 4 mornings and 4 full days would also be considered.
Days required: 2 -4 out of Monday – Thursday. Friday is not needed.
Driving required: Yes, parking available. Own car needed
Job Start Date: Early September
Salary – £18 gross per hour/ up to £27,144 (assuming two full days and two mornings worked – 29hrs per week)
