This lovely, busy farming family are seeking a proactive and confident nanny/housekeeper to join them on an immediate basis. Based just outside of Ely, the family have 3 children who are 5,3 and 8 months old.
The role will ideally be 4 days per week – any days but must include a Wednesday – working 730-1pm each day/ 22 hours per week.
Main duties will include helping mum to get the children up and ready in the morning, laundry, making the beds, hoovering when necessary and caring for the children. Mum will mostly be around but the role will include sole charge care of the children when she pops out for meetings or similar. The family would love to find someone who takes the initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. They are based on a working farm so someone who is not easily fazed by a busy household or mud!
There is scope for some extra hours along the way including babysitting or overnight care. This would be agreed on an ad hoc basis. For the ideal candidate, the family are prepared to offer the same hours over 3 days rather than 4, though 4 days is their preference.

Hours of work: 730am-1pm / 22 hrs per week

Driving required: Yes, parking available. Car driver needed.

Salary – £18 gross per hour/ £20,592 gross per annum
