An exciting new role in Cambridge CB5, has just come on to our books with an ASAP start – live in option is also available.
Caring for two children who are 3 and 5. The older boy, who has an autism diagnosis, attends local mainstream school and the little girl attends nursery all year round. A SEN nanny is not required though someone who is patient, kind and flexible would be ideal as the little boy does struggle with his emotions at times which can lead to some behavioural issues.
Duties include school pick ups, cooking dinner and taking the children out and about. They love visiting the botanical gardens, playing with lego and crafting.
Home is large and on a lovely road in Cambridge which is well located and has parking.
Location of the job: Cambridge CB5
Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum 2 years’ proven experience of being a nanny
Details of any training needed for this job: Paediatric first aid certificate and enhanced DBS on the update service.
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Childcare qualifications CACHE level 3 and above or equivalent ideally
Hours of work: 1-6pm during the term time/ 25hrs per week and 8-6pm / 50hrs during the holidays
Days required: Monday -Friday
Driving required: Yes, parking available. Own car needed. Dutch bike available to use

Salary – £18 gross per hour/ £31,950 gross per annum
