The Nanny and Childcare Specialists
Starting in August, a wonderful four-day opportunity has become available for an experienced and caring nanny to join a warm and friendly family based in Buckden, nr St Neots.
The main focus of the role would be providing care for two happy little girls who will be just 3 and nearly 1 when the role starts. The eldest girl loves creative and imaginative play, stories, crafts and baking. The baby is very happy, smiley and easy-going. The role will involve a mixture of trips out to music/dance/sensory classes locally, library trips and the park, as well as calmer days at home and in the garden, with reading, crafts and independent play encouraged. Screen time is limited. All typical nursery duties expected – preparing fresh and nutritious meals, maintaining girls’ bedrooms and playroom. On a Wednesday afternoon and Thursday all day, the eldest girl will be at a local nursery which is a few minutes’ walk away.
The role would be over Monday- Thursday and the hours worked would be Monday 8.30am-6.30pm Tuesday 7.25am-7.30pm, Wednesday 7.25am-7.30pm, Thursday 7.25am-6pm. A total of 45 hours per week. There may be some flexibility in the this for the right candidate, but some longer days are required, nonetheless. Ideally you would be happy to offer one or two nights babysitting per month too which would be paid as overtime.
The family would like someone reliable, punctual, caring and fun!! A safe and confident driver is required with their own car and off street parking can be provided.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to become a valued member of this lovely family.
