A warm and professional family living in Abbotsley are seeking an experienced, dependable and highly professional housekeeper to support the smooth running of their stylish and large 5 bedroomed home.
The role will be over four days and the main duties will include;
-General tidying and organizing, including a daily reset of the kitchen and playroom.
-Children’s wardrobe and toy management, and playroom organization.
-Family laundry (clothes and bedding) and ironing.
-Household admin (e.g., online food orders, post office runs, local shopping, and putting away the household shop).
-Preparing and cooking a healthy and nutritious family meal (and batch cooking when required).
A keen eye for detail and pride in your work will be essential in maintaining a well-presented and well-run home where the owners have a love for interior design.
Although this is mainly a housekeeping role, someone who enjoys being around children would be a lovely fit. Additional paid hours for overtime or babysitting could be available by mutual agreement
The family would love to find someone with previous experience working in private households, who understands the level of discretion, professionalism, and care required in such environments. You should be reliable, self-motivated, and a self-starter. Picking up on smaller tasks as and when they arise with a proactive approach. In addition, you are ideally warm, kind and reliable.

Location: Abbotsley, St Neots, Cambs
Minimum Experience Level: At least two years as a Housekeeper and ideally childcare experience too.
Required Training: Enhanced DBS (update) and 12-Hour Paediatric First Aid

Work Hours: 8am-4pm/ 32 hours per week. Monday -Thursday
Driving Required: yes with own car
Job Start: ASAP
Pay: £19-20 gross per hour
