Second-time parents are seeking experienced temporary daily support while the mother is away for 7 days. During this time, the father will be managing overnight care of the baby alongside caring for the older sibling.
The baby is 3.5 months old, bottle-fed, thriving, and currently in a well-established routine, although beginning to enter the sleep regression stage. The family are looking for a candidate with a strong child development background who is confident working on a sole charge basis.
The father will manage nursery drop-offs and pick-ups for the toddler during the week but will appreciate additional support over the weekend.
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced with young babies, confident handling all nursery duties and baby-related tasks, and happy to assist with the older child when required. A proactive, calm, and supportive approach is essential.
This is a live out role.
