Experienced Maternity Practitioner needed in Central London, starting in January 2026

First-time international parents are seeking a Maternity Nanny to help guide and support them with their baby girl, who will be 12.5-week-old at the start of the booking. The family has recently settled in London, and their baby is adapting well to her new routine, she sleeps soundly and feeds successfully with both bottle and breastmilk. She is cheerful and content.
They are looking for a professional Maternity Nanny who is experienced, organised, confident, and adaptable, particularly someone with relatable experiences. The ideal candidate should have a point of view on fostering the baby’s development and agree with the parents on key milestones over the course of the engagement.
The family hopes to find a nanny interested in a long-term position, who is confident managing all nursery-related duties and is also willing to help with additional household tasks (as needed).
The salary depends on experience and number of days per week, £1700-£2040 per week gross or £7,361-£8,833 per month gross
German language skills as well as cooking skills would be a significant advantage but not a must.
Job Start Date: Early January 2026
Length of Contract: 6 months (hoping to extend)
Location: South Kensington
Suggested hourly rate: £17ph gross DOE & DOD
Hours of work: 20hr per day (4 hr break)
Days required: 5 or 6 days a week
Specialist or expert required: Qualified Maternity Practitioner
Minimum experience Level for this job: 5yrs experience within the role
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: 12hr First Aid, DBS and Maternity Practitioner (L3 minimum).
