First-time parents are seeking an exceptional Maternity Practitioner to support them as they prepare to welcome their baby in February 2027.
The family are looking for a highly experienced, knowledgeable and nurturing practitioner who can guide them through the early weeks with confidence, reassurance and sensitivity. They would particularly value someone with a wealth of experience who can share their knowledge and expertise while allowing the parents to develop their own confidence and parenting style.
The successful candidate will be fully up to date with current NHS guidance and safer sleep practices and will have a strong understanding of newborn care. They should be confident in their knowledge while remaining approachable, calm and supportive.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and collaborative team player who knows when to take the lead and when to step back. They should be comfortable supporting first-time parents without being overbearing, ensuring the parents feel heard, respected and empowered throughout their time together.
The family are incredibly excited to welcome their baby and are keen to learn as much as possible. They are looking for a practitioner who will not only provide exceptional care for their newborn, but who will also nurture, encourage and empower them as they become confident parents.
