Maternity Nurse needed in October, based in London

Role: First-time parents are seeking assistance when they bring their newborn home. They require 2-3 days of 24-hour coverage, followed by night-only care. This position is initially for 2 weeks but may be extended depending on the mother’s recovery. The parents aim to learn as much as possible from the maternity nurse.
The ideal candidate should possess experience, confidence, and knowledge. They should provide guidance on feeding techniques, safe sleep practices, and establishing gentle routines.
Due date: 6th October 2025
Length of contract: 2 weeks
Location: Central London
Suggested hourly rate: £18ph or £20ph nights
Hours of work: 3 x 24hr & 10x Nights
Days required: 2 weeks (could extend)
Specialist or expert required: Qualified Maternity Practitioner
Minimum experience Level for this job: 5yrs experience within the role
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: 12hr First Aid, DBS and Maternity Practitioner
