A warm and discerning family is seeking an exceptional and highly experienced maternity nurse to support the care of their 3 month old baby. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, capable of guiding and supporting the parents through the early stages of infancy with sensitivity and expertise. The family is particularly keen to engage someone who can offer informed, thoughtful advice while remaining respectful of their parenting preferences, working in a collaborative manner that empowers rather than takes over.
The role will involve providing attentive, hands-on care for the baby, supporting bottle feeding and sleep routines, and helping to establish a gentle structure that encourages healthy development. A strong understanding of early milestones is essential, along with the ability to share knowledge in a discreet, professional, and approachable way.
Applicants must have extensive experience working with young babies, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A calm, nurturing demeanour, coupled with discretion and emotional intelligence, is key. The successful candidate will seamlessly integrate into the household, offering invaluable support while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Please note this role is from May 19 (am) until May 22 (7pm) and then due to the bank holiday May 26 (am) until May 27th (evening)
