Maternity Night Nanny needed in Halesowen, West Birmingham

Role: First-time parents are seeking immediate overnight support for their newborn, who is two weeks old and feeding well every 2–3 hours. As their infant becomes more alert, the family wishes to learn from a knowledgeable Night Nanny to make informed decisions and feel empowered in their parenting journey.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience, adaptability, and a supportive approach. Working closely with the family, the successful candidate will offer guidance on newborn routines, sleep patterns, and best practices, while respecting the parents’ wishes and encouraging their involvement.
In addition to providing expert overnight care, the Night Nanny will play a crucial role in fostering a calm and nurturing environment, ensuring both baby and parents feel secure and well-rested. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate professional to make a meaningful difference during this special time, offering practical support and reassurance as the family settles into their new routine.
Job Start Date: ASAP
Length of Contract: 2 weeks (but could extent)
Location: Halesowen, West Birmingham
Suggested hourly rate: £20ph gross
Hours of work: 11pm -6am
Days required: 3 – 4 nights a week
Specialist or expert required: Qualified Maternity Practitioner
Minimum experience Level for this job: 5yrs experience within the role
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: 12hr First Aid, DBS and Maternity Practitioner (L3 minimum).

It is usual for Maternity Nurses and Consultants to be self-employed, and you will be required to issue your own contract for services, Unique Tax Reference number to our clients at offer stage.
