First-time parents are seeking an experienced, confident and supportive Maternity nanny to provide daily care for their newborn twins, who will be approximately five weeks old at the start of the role.
The babies are bottle-fed and thriving, and the family would love to find a maternity nanny with extensive newborn experience, ideally including caring for twins. The parents are keen to learn from someone knowledgeable who can offer practical guidance on feeding, settling and establishing a gentle, consistent routine that works for the whole family.
The ideal candidate will be a natural team player who is happy to share their expertise, offer reassurance and help the parents build confidence in caring for their babies. They should be proactive and practical in their approach, with the confidence to take sole charge of the twins when needed, while also working collaboratively with Mum in a shared-care arrangement.
The family is looking for someone calm, nurturing and approachable, who can provide both excellent care for the babies and valuable support to the parents during these early weeks. A thorough, up-to-date knowledge of NHS guidance and safe sleep practices is essential.

Job Start Date: Early November 2026
Contract End: This is a six month role, but could extend for the right candidate.
Location: Bourneville, Birmingham
Gross hourly Rate: £20ph DOE
Hours of work: 9am -5pm
Days required: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Specialist or expert required: Certified Maternity Practitioner
Minimum experience Level for this job: 5yrs experience within the role
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: 12hr First Aid, Enhanced DBS, Maternity Practitioner Certificate (L3 minimum).
