Second-time parents are seeking experienced night support for their 5-month-old daughter. Their little girl is thriving and had previously been settled into a strong routine, however since entering the 4-month sleep regression her sleep patterns have become unsettled and she has struggled to regain consistency. Their older son experienced something very similar at the same stage, and with the help of professional support he quickly settled into healthy sleep habits.
The family are now looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable sleep professional with hands-on, relatable experience and a strong background in infant sleep support. They would value someone who can offer both practical overnight assistance and tailored guidance around routine adjustments and sleep strategies. The parents are keen to be actively involved in the process, with the goal of improving sleep for the whole family while building sustainable routines moving forward.
