Maternity Nurse needed in December, based in North London

Role: Second time parents are looking for support with their second baby. They are keen to have a experienced Maternity nurse who can guide them through the early days of parenthood, assisting them with a gentle routine, feeding techniques and advice on safe sleeping.
The mother is likely to have a caesarean so experience of this operation would be a benefit, there may also be movement on the start date.
The position will run over Christmas and the family are very relaxed if the maternity nurse wishes to go home for the Christmas day and boxing day.
Role: The family is seeking an experienced Maternity Nurse to support them with their second child. The Maternity Nurse will provide guidance during the early stages of parenthood, including establishing a gentle routine, feeding methods, and safe sleep practices. Experience supporting mothers after caesarean delivery is preferred.
The position is scheduled over the Christmas period, and the family is happy for the Maternity Nurse to take leave on Christmas Day and Boxing Day if desired.
Job Start Date: 10th December 2025
Job End Date: 15th January 2026
Location: Barnet, London
Suggested rate: £350pd gross
Hours of work: 20hr + 4 hr break
Days required: 6 days a week
Specialist or expert required: Qualified Maternity Practitioner
Minimum experience Level for this job: 3yrs experience within the role
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: 12hr First Aid, DBS and Maternity Practitioner (L3 or L4 minimum)
