This wonderful family are looking for a kind, caring, energetic and loving Nanny to start in late May/early June. A fantastic daily position, for 3 full days a week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 7.30am to 5.30pm, supporting both parents whilst they work.
Main care will be for the 8 month-old, supporting his routine including providing him with healthy new foods to explore and to enjoy, singing and dancing, stories and play inside and out, as well as calm time and lots of cuddles! The 4 year-old little girl attends pre-school and will be starting school in September. Both children would adore a nanny who is fun and engaging and encourages their development, local outings and classes, and educational activities. The family live rurally so a driver with their own car is definitely needed.
Nursery duties include meal preparation and batch cooking for the children, keeping the children’s ‘areas’ tidy and the children’s laundry. A cleaner is employed weekly, so the children are the nanny’s priority.
The family also includes a house cat called Doris. They all very much look forward to meeting you!
Location of the job: Handcross, nr Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
Minimum qualifications and experience level for this job: Qualified Nanny with 2 years minimum Nanny experience with babies and children.
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS and Paediatric first aid training. A Qualified Nanny is preferred.
Days and hours of work: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays; 7.30am to 5.30pm.
Driving required: Yes, with own car – petrol reimbursed at 45p p/mile for outings.
Job Start Date: Late May or early June.
Gross pay: £15p/h gross (negotiable for the right person)
This is permanent, daily, 3 day a week, sole-charge Nanny position with such a lovely family. It would be wonderful if you lived locally!
